This video is just weird. There’s no way around that even though the song itself is good. Bruce Cockburn is worth listening to. You should check him out if you don’t know anything about him. Speaking of strange 80s music videos, “Land of Confusion” by Genesis has plagued me since I first saw it when I was in the single digits.
I actually like the music video now (and always liked the song), but seriously. It’s so weird. Particularly the scenes with the boots stomping in the mud and the decapitated puppet heads.
